2.2. Information We Automatically Collect When You Use Our Site

When you visit the Website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver, operate, and secure the Website, including your IP address, the date and time of your visit, browser type and version, operating system, and the page(s) you accessed. This information is processed through ordinary server logs and the Cloudflare security cookie described in Section 4. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, session replay, fingerprinting, or similar technologies to monitor your browsing behavior on or off the Website. We do not collect referral URLs, search engine queries, pages viewed across sessions, frequency of visits, or similar “Traffic Data” for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.

• When you voluntarily provide information through the Aetheris Services.

4. Cookies and Opt Out Options

4.1 Cookies

“Cookies” are small computer files transferred to your device that contain information such as user ID, user preferences, lists of pages visited and activities conducted while using the Aetheris Services. The only cookie currently used on the Website is a dynamic Cloudflare security cookie that lasts for the duration of the web session or other limited security period and is used only for Website security and operation. Aetheris does not use this cookie to collect information for marketing, analytics, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or visitor profiling. Because this cookie is strictly necessary for security and operation of the Website, it is not optional through a Website cookie preference tool. If you block or delete cookies through your browser settings, the Website may not function as intended or may not be able to verify legitimate traffic.

4.2 Options for Opting out of Cookies

Because the Website does not use non-essential cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or targeting cookies, Aetheris does not request cookie consent through the Website and does not provide a separate cookie opt-out mechanism for those activities. The Website’s Cloudflare security cookie is used only to operate and protect the Website and is not used for advertising, analytics, or marketing.

4.3 “Do Not Track” (DNT) and Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals

We do not use cookies, pixels, web beacons, mobile device identifiers, analytics tools, or similar technologies on the Website for behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or visitor tracking. The Website may use limited technical measures that are strictly necessary to operate, secure, or load the Website. These technical measures are not used to identify you for advertising purposes or to track your activity across third-party websites. Because we do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use the Website for targeted advertising, we do not offer an opt-out mechanism for those activities.

5. How We Use Your Information

We do not engage in automated decision making, behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising through the Website. This Website is not designed to collect sensitive personal information.
